Starcircle's Client Solutions Team advise, enable and empower our clients to achieve fairer, better hiring utilising the Starcircle AI-Powered Hiring Engine to craft and deliver tailored client solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Take ownership of talent solutions for Starcircle clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and standards are met.
- Regularly report on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Account Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify any delivery bottlenecks or challenges and recalibrate to maintain SLA
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with our Sales team on growth opportunities.
Client Solutions:
- Work directly with clients to understand their talent needs.
- Help to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Utilise Starcircle's AI-powered tools and flexible resources to deliver effective solutions.

Have you:
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and account management.
- Stakeholder management experience, comfortable dealing across all levels, internal and external
- Proficient in utilising tech-driven tools for talent sourcing.
- Data literate; you know how to use data to inform and create talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
