As the digital asset private investment sector continues to show strong demand, we are looking for a strong hunter to grow and develop digital asset private wealth and structured products sales & revenue. This candidate will lead the sales & distribution strategy, working closely with the structurer, trading desk, legal and CIO to optimize the sales process and have accountability to drive growth for strategically focused clients in regulated setup.
 
What You Will Do
  • Managing and supervising the entire sales process of the digital asset private wealth product suite/solution, including but not limited to digital asset fund solution, tailored made structured product and OTC FX & digital asset services
  • Understand the unique investment challenges and product requirements in the industry/client segment and work with structurer and trading desk in designing optimal client-fitting wealth solutions
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships by identifying ways to help clients achieve their digital asset investment objectives
  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of external partners to expand distribution connectivity to cover additional client segments
  • Service as a brand ambassador for the company and representing the team in industry conferences, networking and partner events
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative finance discipline
  • 5 or more years of cross-asset, private wealth and/or structured product sales experience
  • Exceptional sales management experience in private wealth products with established network and ability to build and develop client relationships, deliver market color & product fitness and close deal
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in the market with strong experience in Asia & Europe OTC Derivatives regulatory framework, e.g. ISDA
  • Industry experience with an existing network within Asia or Europe private wealth management and/or digital asset management preferred
