ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising schedules, managing emails, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Coordinate and confirm trade tests with models and nail artists.
  • Support in posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and other platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent team as needed.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and familiarity with social media posting.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Please note, this role is uncompensated, however expenses for travel and food will be covered up to the value of £15.

 

LOCATION:   

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
