ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an In-House Maintenance Engineer at Townhouse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our prestigious salons across various locations in London and regionally. Your expertise will contribute to upholding the high standards that Townhouse is renowned for, ensuring that our facilities remain top-notch for both clients and staff.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
- Handle painting, drywall repair, and other general building maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any major repair needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when specialised repairs are required.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proficiency in electrical work and familiarity with logic controllers.
- Proactiveness (pre-emptive maintenance).
- Managing budgets
- Time efficiency, achieve SLA and KPIs
- Understand warranty conditions
- Resourcefulness / solution driven.
- Build relationships with salon and area manager
- Strong command of English language for effective communication with team members
- Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in supervising maintenance tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.

LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
