The Role

TRG Screen is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager on the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. You will be responsible for helping to support a suite of enterprise tools, primarily Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, help customize and configure according to business need, and streamline into a cohesive software ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to be part of the ground team in shaping this strategy. This role requires passion for operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver fast and reliable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work closely with key stakeholders within all supporting business units.


  • Develop processes and technology solutions that support long-term scalability, fostering rapid growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure the successful execution of an outcomes-focused strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee SFDC and SFDC CPQ administration, ensuring data cleanliness and adherence to data governance rules, with team support.
  • Drive initiatives collaboratively from start to finish with GTM leadership, ensuring accountability, transparency, issue tracking, and resolution of cross-functional team challenges.
  • Manage system configurations (fields, workflows, integrations between revenue systems) and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Own the planning timeline and execution of new systems to optimize utilization and ROI.
  • Work with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to ensure accurate data mapping and reporting between systems across the customer journey.
  • Oversee platform migrations and integrations associated with end-to-end system design.

What Success Looks Like In:

  • 30 days. Begin by onboarding, learning, and training to achieve initial successes in SFDC cleanup, reporting, and other important projects.
  • 90 days. Collaborate with your team on a Marketing Operations project, including the implementation of marketing attribution software and establishing appropriate tracking mechanisms to capture attribution. This project also involves the integration of Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite. Additionally, you will backdate renewals and develop a process and plan to manage renewals for the organization moving forward.
  • 180 days. Conduct strategic analysis on our initial Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation and scoring, while providing ongoing support for process optimization in sales execution workstreams. Additionally, conduct pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in the technology and/or marketing space
  • B2B SaaS industry experience
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Preferred and Other Qualifications

  • Proficiency in modern GTM tech stack architecture and integrations, especially tools such as Marketo, Lean Data, Outreach, Kluster, LI Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and data enrichment tools
  • Proficiency in current tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Sales Intel, and Netsuite
  • Proven track record of developing and executing GTM technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Expert knowledge of CRM and related systems, specifically Salesforce's Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic use of technology
  • Solid experience in cross-functional collaboration, notably with sales, marketing, support, and IT departments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to senior leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of the GTM needs and challenges of sales, marketing, and CS teams within B2B SaaS
  • A passion for continuous improvement in GTM processes and technology
  • Adeptness at evaluating, integrating, and optimizing emerging technologies for the GTM strategy
