As our new Supply Acquisition Lead (f/m/d) you will own the Private landlords' acquisition strategy and execution. This is a critical role for Wunderflats, as the growth of our listings directly drives the overall expansion of our company.

Elevate our team of 9 sales managers by mentoring them, inspiring them and enhancing their contribution to the company. Feed from the landlords experience and needs to drive our future growth agenda to create more value for landlords and tenants in Europe.

YOUR MISSION

Own the growth of our SMB landlord base in the DACH region by leading the end-to-end sales process, spanning lead generation to activation, across key regions, products, and verticals.
Assume a leadership role from day one, demonstrating trustworthiness and empathy to cultivate a high-performing, solution-oriented, and driven sales team.
Mentor, nurture, and expand a cohesive and collaborative team of 9 seasoned sales experts.
Demonstrate agility in responding to changes in the sales funnel and marketplace dynamics, setting and monitoring key supply health KPIs and team/individual targets to drive optimized company growth.
Develop growth playbooks and implement best practices tailored to market maturity levels, ensuring operational excellence and clear Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that align with the company's escalating targets.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to contribute significantly to the innovation of services and products customized for landlords seeking flexible housing solutions.
Deliver impactful results within your domain and share relevant insights with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Operations, Business Intelligence, etc., fostering value for our landlords and ensuring robust activation and retention strategies.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven track record of successful SMB sales and strategy development experience.
Hands-on leadership experience, including team coaching, for a minimum of 2+ years. Proven mentoring and coaching skills.
High self-standards promoting a risk-taking environment for team members.
Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration with a keen focus on common goals.
Strong analytical skills, adept at identifying optimization opportunities and driving innovative solutions.
Excellent writing skills with professional proficiency in both German and English.
