We are looking for an addition to our small team of finance experts in the area of business management processes. Our team will be strengthened by someone who, based on good commercial knowledge and special communication skills, is able to manage national and international projects to improve the economic integration of the departments through process improvement and the use of tools. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the VP Finance.
Your responsibilities
- You lead cross-departmental projects to improve business management practices across the group
- You work closely with the accounting and controlling departments to further strengthen them
- You are able to identify process improvements and strive for excellence in implementing state-of-the art solutions
- You are self-dependent and you support decision-making processes through your active contribution in all areas
- You abstract where necessary to reach your audience but are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done
This is you
- You hold a Degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Business Analysis or have completed your commercial training in a related field
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, potentially in business analysis or consulting, and bring a broad understanding of accounting
- You are diligent as well as persisting and bring a holistic understanding of overall business activities
- Excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure, a confident attitude, strong communication skills, flexibility, initiative and the joy of working in a team are essential to the role
- You have an excellent and diplomatic way of communicating
- You are fluent in English, German is a nice to have
