Your mission as a Client Relations Manager - Agencies (m/f/d)

Appinio is looking for a highly driven and passionate Client Relations Manager - Agencies to join our team of 8+ Client Relations Managers in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with agencies in various verticals, such as creative, media, and PR. You will showcase the potential of Appinio's capabilities and develop a mutually beneficial commercial framework with agency stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will represent Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers within the agency's vertical
  • You will acquire new customers, identify their needs, and offer expert guidance on Appinio's agile Services and SaaS solutions
  • You will scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
  • You will act as the voice of our Agency customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects
  • You will build and maintain a robust professional network
  • You will create partnership opportunities with agencies to further strengthen Appinio’s positioning as a research institute
  • You will represent Appinio at Trade Fairs and Public Speaking events, expand your network, and leverage existing contacts to drive our business
  • You will work closely with our Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing Team to maximise growth opportunities

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have experience and an extensive network within the agency industry, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset, which are mandatory requirements for this role
  • You have several years of successful experience in B2B sales
  • You have proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • You have proficiency in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
  • You have an Entrepreneurial mindset and consider yourself a problem-solver
  • You are ideally based in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne or Hamburg
