Your mission as a Senior Client Relations Manager - Benelux (m/f/d)

Appinio is looking for a smart and passionate Senior Client Relations Manager - Benelux who will help pursue our expansion in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In this role, you will work closely with our Country Manager (France & Benelux) and act as a trusted advisor to our customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity. You inspire Marketing decision-makers to work with Appinio and convince C-Level Executives of our unique SaaS solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Representing Appinio to marketing decision-makers of multinational companies 
  • Acquiring new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant Market Research approach, leveraging Appinio's platform and methodologies portfolio
  • Follow-up of the sales pipeline and management of leads from the first meeting to closing while ensuring close collaboration with the BDR team 
  • Delivering quality outputs against all client requirements, as well as acting as a liaison between the client and the internal departments
  • Maximising the revenue opportunities of existing and new client bases in line with the clients' research roadmap
  • Building a strong network within the Benelux marketing and market research industry
  • Taking on public speaking opportunities at events and trade fair appearances 
  • Actively contributing to the development of the sales strategy to identify new growth drivers

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have 10+ years of proven experience and an extensive network in the market research industry, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset, which are mandatory requirements for this role
  • You have 5+ years of successful experience in Market Research sales, with proficiency in sales methods, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the Benelux market
  • You have proficiency in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
  • You are preferably based in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg
  • You are proficient in French with excellent communication skills in English (Dutch would be nice to have)
