Scope of the role
Client OTC Operations
- Provide day to day operational support
- Manage full post OTC trade settlement cycle
- Drive resolution and management of client queries, leveraging internal teams as appropriate
- Reconciliation and break resolution
- Work closely with front office and the global B2C2 team
- Inventory management to support both OTC activity and exchanges trading
- Monitor risk including FX positions
- Active management of balance sheet
