The Hardware Technician plays a critical role within the Support, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. This position involves handling server returns and repairing customer servers to meet our stringent quality standards. Your expertise in fault finding and debugging high-end computer hardware is essential. You will manage multiple repairs, stock, and support tickets simultaneously, both onsite and remotely. Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering on projects and documentation preparation for suppliers is integral to the role. Additionally, you will provide insights to enhance system performance and support across diverse devices. Furthermore, please note that you may be required to travel to the US, APAC, and UK regions to support clients and other service centers.



  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Minimum TOEIC Score 800, test taken no less than 2 years ago.
  • Ensure servers meet global quality standards through proficient repair and maintenance.
  • Utilize advanced fault-finding skills to diagnose and debug high-end computer hardware.
  • Manage multiple repairs, stock, and support tickets concurrently, onsite and remotely.
  • Provide hardware/diagnostic expertise to support the team, assisting with field unknowns.
  • Travel onsite for customer visits and repairs as needed.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering on new projects, aiding in supplier documentation.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure best-in-class standards are maintained.
  • Demonstrate high motivation, positivity, and dedication to self and team improvement.
  • Embrace technology and entertainment industry advancements, troubleshooting with curiosity and precision.



  • Conduct thorough repairs and upgrades for Disguise media servers.
  • Prioritize repairs to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Create detailed repair reports and manage inventory.
  • Assist customers with hardware issues and provide troubleshooting.
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site repairs and upgrades.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service and team support.
  • Maintain internal documentation and escalate critical issues.
  • Provide feedback on hardware issues and oversee server rack maintenance.
  • Execute system upgrades, optimize performance, and offer desktop support.
  • Manage procurement processes, coordinate shipping logistics, and track inventory levels.
  • Pack and prepare hardware components for shipment and utilize spreadsheets for tracking.
