How you drive the energy transition forward
- Working on energy market processes: You actively design and optimise energy market processes to promote efficiency and sustainability.
- Communication with business partners: You are the central point of contact for our business partners and resolve issues relating to market communication, switching processes and appliance management.
- Operational management: You are responsible for the operational management and optimisation of end customer processing and electricity producers to ensure smooth processes.
- Customer registrations and re-registrations: You are responsible for the smooth registration and re-registration of electricity customers and producers, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Implementing modern energy topics: You will drive forward innovative energy concepts such as tenant electricity models, on-site PPAs, community building supply and dynamic tariffs.
- Supporting tenant electricity projects: You will be responsible for the processing and further development of our tenant electricity projects and ensure optimal integration into our IT platform.
- Liaising with partners: You maintain continuous contact with market and project partners in order to clarify queries and problems efficiently by phone and email.
- Product and process optimisation: You will work closely with our developers to continuously improve our products and processes and make them fit for the future.
What you already have
- You have completed commercial training with appropriate further training and/or studies
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in market communication and market processes
- In best case you already have professional experience in the energy industry
- Very good MS Office skills and a willingness to familiarise yourself with new IT systems
- You have a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm
- You communicate confidently at all levels and do not shy away from difficult decisions
- You speak German and English at a business fluent level
