- With your professional expertise, you are the central point of contact for our managers
- Initiating and implementing exciting overarching projects is just as much a part of your day-to-day work as operational topics relating to the employee life cycle
- You manage and further develop HR processes
What you already have
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR business partnering
- You are passionate about energy topics and want to make a difference
- Team play is part of your DNA - lone fighters with sharp elbows are not welcome
- You are characterised by reliability and conscientiousness
- You have a strong sense of achievement and high work quality is a matter of course for you
