Main purpose of the role is to build a comprehensive foundation for value based Learning and Development at expondo which results in Sustainable Human High Performance. For which the foundation is based on the latest scientfic research results in all relevant disciplines and on data out of the organization.

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs 
  • Co-creating HR strategy and organizational change processes 
  • Be up to date regarding the latest scientfic research results at the market on how to ensure a Sustainable Human High Performance in the organization and to roll out innovative and experiential learning models 
  • Build, implement and constantly develop Strategic Workframe and L&D culture in organization (Change Management)  
  • Desingning and implementing HR instruments with the best fit to the organization
  • Offering hands-on coaching and guidance to leaders as a recognized L&D subject matter expert (SME) 
  • Creating and delivering training and development programs 
  • Optimization of L&D related processes 
  • Ensure an effective stakeholder management (C-Level, Board, Managers, etc.) 
  • Managing the budget process on training costs 


  • Completed university degree (preffered in Psychology, Business or related discipline). Additional certification will be an asset 
  • Proven experience and results track in creating, developing and executing concept strategy in L&D area 
  • Working knowledge of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies and more 
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must. German would be a huge asset. 
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Ability to think strategically, and make significant positive impact on business goals by L&D programs and activities. 
  • Ability to lead effectively, inspire, motivate and execute tasks with team; leadership skills. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and deliver group trainings, individual coaching/support and other L&D activities, experience in leadership trainings. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Ability to work with high autonomy based on predefinded results & KPIs supported by well developed resilience 
  • Practical experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel skills.
