How you are going to make an impact 🛠 

  • Collaborate closely with the product department to align technical development with product roadmaps and business goals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a technical evangelist, promoting a deep understanding of our products within the engineering team.
  • Develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention to ensure a strong and motivated engineering workforce.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or challenges promptly.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of the technological infrastructure supporting 24/7 availability.
  • Develop and optimize processes to ensure rapid release of new features and updates.
  • Develop and implement strategic technology plans.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of the product.

Discover your Fit 🪄

  • 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, overseeing and managing high-load, large-scale projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a solid understanding of trading platforms, financial services, and related technologies.
  • Strong people management skills, with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
  • Experience managing a team of 70+ employees, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain team cohesion in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, aligning the team with company goals and strategies.
  • Advanced Russian and English.
