About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Designing and implementing treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, controlling the whole process;
  • Structuring and managing cash flows for several legal entities, including operations within group of companies and with external counterparties;
  • Taking part in opening and maintaining bank accounts, e-wallets, and other financial instruments globally;
  • Organising smooth and reliable payment process with external team of treasures;
  • Assessing and negotiating terms and conditions, transaction fees with financial institutions;
  • Collaborating with finance team for accurate reporting and reconciliation;
  • Continuously reviewing and improving treasury operations to enhance financial stability and mitigate risk;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks. 

Essential professional experience:

  • Expertise in treasury and cash flow management;
  • Opening of bank accounts, payments processing, cash flow management;
  • In-depth knowledge of various financial instruments and payment methods, including digital payment methods and money transfer services;
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Higher education (economics, banking, audit);
  • Native Ukrainian/Russian language skills;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
