About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Platform products;
  • Setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and supporting career development for team members and department overall;
  • Facilitating effective communication and coordination within the team and across other departments;
  • Building a strong, fault-tolerant org structure without bus factors.

Achieving Business Results and performance optimization:

  • Setting ambitious revenue targets and leading initiatives to achieve and exceed these targets;
  • Monitoring progress against financial goals and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure business success;
  • Budgeting, PnL management, cost optimization;
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of our Platform product.

Product Development and Market targeting:

  • Driving the continuous improvement of our Platform product based on market feedback and industry trends;
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of our Platform product;
  • Identifying and prioritizing key target markets for our Platform offerings, considering market demand and competitive positioning;
  • Working closely with the team to tailor products to specific market needs, ensuring they resonate with clients.

Empowering Marketing and Sales:

  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotion and marketing strategies for our Platform product;
  • Partnering with the sales team to define sales strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our Platform solution to potential clients;
  • Providing sales support through product knowledge, training, and client engagement.

Industry Expertise and Business development:

  • Staying informed about the latest trends, regulations, and developments within the iGambling B2B sector;
  • Managing contracts and relationships with key content providers and other suppliers;
  • Representing the company as an industry expert through participation in conferences and networking events.

Essential professional experience:

  • 5+ years experience in online tech business;
  • 3+ experience in management IT teams;
  • Proven track record in achieving business results;
  • Experience in managing large complex projects;
  • Experience leading distributed teams (50+ people in total);
  • Strong conflict management skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives, roles, and responsibilities going in parallel;
  • Fluent level of English and Ukrainian or Russian, both spoken and written.

Would be a strong plus:

  • 2+ years experience in iGaming;
  • Experience in B2B;
  • Executive positions background;
  • Expertise in igaming B2C and B2B domains;
  • Understanding of sportsbook, casino platforms, white label and turnkey business models;
  • Good professional network.
