About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Leading and managing the planning, execution, and closing of projects within scope and timeline constraints;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, and schedules;
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring successful project delivery;
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders;
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring that milestones are met;
  • Evaluating and optimizing project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices;
  • Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders;
  • General understanding of the FinTech approaches. 

Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of IT project management (running development projects and teams in the role of Project Manager) and understanding of IT processes (Change Management, Release management, and others);
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ people and deliver multiple projects;
  • Advanced skills in using project support/monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
  • Passion for building an efficient, reliable, managed and motivated team;
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving competency;
  • Strong partnership with Product Owners and Dev/QA leads;
  • General understanding of the FinTech approaches;
  • Intermediate+ English level. 

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Experience with Integration management;
  • Gaming industry knowledge;
  • General understanding of the FinTech approaches.
