About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Managing HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS), including system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with improvements;
- Providing support and training to users aimed at increasing awareness and efficiency of using the system;
- HR-processes design and automation;
- Working on constant processes and solutions improvements with the HR and IT teams. Investigate and implement new trends;
- Developing and maintaining system documentation and guidelines.
Essential professional experience:
- 1 year+ of HR systems administration;
- Experience with the implementation of new systems would be a plus;
- Ability to recommend optimal solutions to business problems, ability to distinguish user requests from business needs;
- Ability to quickly learn new tools;
- Attention to detail;
- Critical thinking;
- Adaptivity, ability to work in quickly changing environment;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
