As a Senior Talent Assessment Specialist, you will play an important role in developing, implementing, and managing talent assessment processes as well as coordinating all assessment activities within an organization. The core activities will involve creating talent assessment and succession processes to ensure the best fit for the skillset, competencies, motivation, and behavior against the GR8 Tech competency model and standards.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

Talent Assessment:

  • Developing and implementing effective talent assessment processes, tools and methodologies;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the competency model in the company;
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate individual and team capabilities, identifying strengths and areas for development;
  • Analyzing assessment results to provide meaningful insights into employees’ skills, competencies, and potential;
  • Coordinating the development, testing, and implementation of the Assessment modules in current or new HR systems;
  • Integrating talent assessment into the performance management system and talent development processes.

Succession Planning and HiPo:

  • Working closely with HRBP and leadership teams to identify and groom high-potential employees for key leadership positions;
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles;
  • Evaluation of employees during promotion to managerial positions;
  • Participation in the development of HiPo programs in the company;
  • Consulting and advising stakeholders on talent assessment use as well as on the succession planning process.

Talent Development:

  • Facilitate and/or ensure effective conversations with participants around the assessment data and associated implications for development and succession planning;
  • Providing support to employees in creating individual development plans based on assessment results;
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to support continuous learning and skills enhancement.
  • Strengthening the link between assessment-based decisions and business success criteria.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in building up and implementing talent assessment systems and approaches in the companies with 500+ headcounts;
  • Deep knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and tools: types, characteristics, mechanics, usage, and effectiveness criteria;
  • Experience in developing and implementing a corporate competency model based on values;
  • Experience in automatization of talent assessment approaches and processes;
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful complex talent development programs will be a plus;
  • Passionate about developing comprehensive and efficient assessment tools and methodologies for such crucial HR processes as recruitment, performance management, and talent development;
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, provide feedback, and build relationships across different levels of the organization;
  • Capability to adapt to changing business needs, stay updated on industry trends, and innovate in assessment methodologies and approaches;
  • Facilitation skills and experience will be a plus;
  • Relevant certifications in psychometric assessments, talent development, coaching, or organizational development will be a plus;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
