THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have what it takes to deliver high-quality learning content for an international market leader in spatial technologies?

You will enjoy working on creating technical documentation for both hardware and software products, and you will have the opportunity to play an active role within the Customer Education team!

Imagine yourself being part of our exceptionally international Customer Experience team, where you will be empowered to actively shape and improve the quality and accuracy of our customer-facing content. 

If you are someone with strong creative and communication skills, and enjoy creating technical content, you could be the person we are looking for!

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will be responsible for creating technical content in close collaboration with SMEs

  • You will be creating release notes and changelogs to let our customers know about exciting new features

  • You will work alongside experienced writers and learning content developers

  • You will actively support in the management and updating of content on our knowledge base

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • In-progress studies in university with a focus on linguistics/language studies, education, technical writing, or STEM fields

  • Fluent German and English skills are a must to be able to create content in German and English

  • Attention to detail and logical skills

  • Strong skills in writing and editing technical texts

  • Experience in writing content for technical documentation or any other educational, technical purposes

  • Experience with common business applications such as content authoring tools and learning management systems
