The Revenue Operations Manager (Deal Desk) will be a pivotal player in driving Optimove’s revenue growth, streamlining the sales process, and maximizing efficiencies for our global sales organization. You'll be responsible for the execution of the sales process from quote, through contract negotiations, to closing - ensuring alignment with business objectives and policies. This role will be a key collaborator to the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management teams. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, providing strategic insights and structuring deals that meet customer needs while optimizing revenue potential.

 In this role, you can expect to...
  • Managing Deal Desk function and operations, including deal review processes and approvals.
  • Collaborating with sales, finance, and legal and management teams to structure and negotiate deals.
  • Developing pricing strategies and discounting guidelines in alignment with company objectives.
  • Driving process improvements and implementing automation tools for increased efficiency.
  • Providing insights and analysis on revenue metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing Strategy, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, ensuring each receives equal attention to detail and quick turnaround.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HubSpot and DealHub is a significant advantage.
