As SoSafe’s new Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the key facilitator in guiding and executing our Marketing strategy by owning our marketing infrastructure, processes and reporting. Through close collaboration with the Marketing Leadership & your Revenue Operations colleagues, you continuously improve the foundation for the Marketing team to ace demand generation resulting in high-quality inbound pipeline.
As part of the Revenue Operations team sitting in Finance, you will play an integral part in reviewing the efficacy of our Go-To-Market strategy and assist in annual target setting.
Your mission
- Own our Marketing tech stack (Hubspot) & work closely with the Salesforce team to ensure “best-in-class” inbound processes
- Collaborate with both Sales & Marketing to ensure processes are optimized along the entire Inbound funnel
- Further build-out our Marketing reporting capabilities together with our BI Team (e.g. Attribution models and handling multi-touch leads)
- Closely monitor end-to-end funnel metrics to ensure both ARR Growth and Customer Acquisition Cost targets are reached
- Lead the team of Marketing Operations contributors and foster each team members individual growth
- Assist Marketing leadership in reporting, campaign planning & budget allocation
- Contribute & consistently review our Inbound target setting together with our Financial Planning and Sales Operations team
Your profile
- 4+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong background in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot), certifications are a plus
- You are an excellent communicator and can easily navigate conversations with senior Go-To-Market leadership
- Clear track record in managing projects end-to-end and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Fluent in English is a requirement
