We are seeking a motivated & analytical individual to join our organization as a Product Strategy & Market Insights Manager. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy by leading SoSafe’s market research. You will also drive key strategic, company-wide projects for our Chief Product Officer.
Your mission
- You conduct research deep dives (incl. leading working students) in our core & adjacent markets to inform product vision + strategy and key product investment decisions
- You own and execute strategic projects with company-wide impact working closely with senior stakeholders (e.g., pricing and packaging strategy, possible future financing rounds)
- You help the CPO to prepare board meetings, market deep dives & investor communication
- You help the CPO to analyze and drive strategic decisions with company-wide impact (e.g., ICP/target segment and indirect channel strategy)
Your profile
- At least 2 years, preferably more, of work experience in a (preferably tier 1) consultancy, VC, scale-up or strategy department - or have been able to prove yourself in a similar, competitive, and diverse environment
- Successfully completed a degree that underpins your outstanding analytical skills
- You are great at project management: driving cross departmental projects engaging with key stakeholders both in planning and day-to-day execution
- You like to dig deep and thoroughly understand different markets showing a strong curiosity for product strategy and technological trends
- You have a targeted and well-structured communication style (top-down principle) and always optimize for efficient use of time
- You are a self-starter who enjoys both deep focus work and engaging with people
- You have a very good command of English (German is a plus)
