What You Will Do

Reproduction, implementation and development of the underlying systematic trading strategy
Extensive academic research on various high-frequency quantitative trading strategies
Responsible for the execution and operation of strategies
Work closely with your trading team to implement and manage trading strategies

Who You Are

Computer or mathematics and other related majors, proficient in the following computer languages (Python&C++ OR Rust)
2-3 years of work experience, with certain development and mathematical abilities
Experience in completing quantitative strategy development independently, big data analysis modeling and backtesting platform
Programmatic quant development experience is preferred
Strong execution ability, quick completion of data analysis and strategy backtesting
