The Partner Community Specialist will help drive mutual growth and success by fostering a strong and engaged partner community. 

The role of a Partner Community Specialist involves managing and nurturing relationships between a company and its business partners through communication channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and engagement with partners, which can include distributors, resellers, suppliers, and other third-party collaborators.  

A successful Partner Community Specialist can significantly enhance a company’s relationship with its partners, leading to increased collaboration, improved partner satisfaction, and ultimately, better business outcomes.  

Key Responsibilities:

ABBYY One Partner Portal management: 

  • Oversee the ABBYY One Partner Portal, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s objectives. 
  • Develop and curate content that is relevant, informative, and engaging for partners (articles, guides, tutorials, use cases demos) in collaboration with Partner Enablement and Innovation Specialists. 

Partner engagement activities: 

  • Coordinate, execute and develop Partner Enablement Calendar activities. 
  • Regularly produce and distribute a partner newsletter to keep partners informed about company updates, product releases, industry trends, and best practices.  
  • Drive engagement through discussion forums, Q&A sessions and events. 
  • Develop new engagement strategies to drive mutual growth and success. 

MVP Program 

  • Manage and coordinate all the activities related to a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) program across different departments internally. 

Partner feedback: 

  • Establish a structured feedback loop to gather insights from partners, which can be used to improve products, services, and the overall partnership experience. 

Performance monitoring: 

  • Track community engagement metrics and partner performance, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate the community’s value. 
  • Provide regular reports on community health, partner satisfaction, and areas for improvement. 

Internal advocacy  

  • Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partners have the information and tools they need to succeed.  
  • Prepare and maintain internal materials to support the partner program, ensuring that all internal stakeholders have the information and resources needed to support partners effectively. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary training and resources to ensure they can effectively collaborate with the company. 
  • Act as a point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and advocating for their needs within the company. 
  • Collaborate in creating sales enablement materials for Seismic platform. 

 

Growth Initiatives 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the partner community, both in terms of the number of partners and the depth of their engagement. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in community management, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the partner experience. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with partners and create compelling content. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive community engagement.  
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and partner needs.  
  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive and responsive approach to addressing partner needs and concerns. 
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of partners. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with community management platforms and tools, and basic technical skills to troubleshoot issues.
