As a Product Manager you build the best functionalities for our clients to create more and better conversations with their customers. Embed our clients business processes into conversations creating value for them and their customers and manifest conversations as the core for a client’s customer relationships connecting it to any other customer touchpoint our client might have.
Build the mid-to-long-term roadmap setting the direction of our product development efforts assuring a maximal ROI and staying mostly on our path towards our vision. You oversee whether we deliver on our value promises. 
  • Create and manage well defined and a prioritized feature backlog from various unstructured ideas
  • Shape a roadmap for your product teams, along the strategic priorities we set as a company, aligned with founders and major stakeholders in tech, success, sales, marketing
  • Quantify expected value proposition for each feature we are going to deliver and measure actual value proposition promise after delivery
  • Ensure that our value proposition is well formulated and testified with our marketing, product marketing, success & sales department
  • Continuously research and formulate our differentiation to other products 
  • Experience as product manager in a SaaS or commerce environment  (Ideally in the field of Marketing Automation, CRM, Customer Service & Helpdesk, CXM, Workflow Management) 
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus  
  • Ability to formulate orally and in written-form / presentations outcomes, value propositions and requirements in a top-down manner  
  • Ability to quantify and estimate value promises, also in absence of any data  
  • Ability to moderate decisions, explain rationales considering contrary arguments  
  • A technical and somewhat architectural understanding
