As Relationship Manager (Client-Partner Services)  you will be responsible for executing the administration of client partners in support of First Digital’s Stablecoin businesses. You will focus on building first of kind relationships with existing and new client-partners (These are clients that we work in partnership with to help deliver our services direct to market), optimizing existing relationships, and driving recommendations to support efficient growth and scalability to First Digital's Stablecoin Business Unit. As part of these efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and others. You will also support relationship management and strategic partnerships, working closely with external partners’ and functional leadership.


  • Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful client service tactics and align to business unit operational strategy for deals and initiatives that support the overall growth strategy.
  • Drive end to end minting and redemption processes and be the main POC for our client partners.
  • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including settlement, compliance, product, marketing, tech) to drive creation and execution of partner (and related products) strategy.
  • Identify efficiencies and suggest process uplift aligned to client partner expectations in order to deliver operational excellence.
  • Use strategic and tactical creativity to collaborate with commercial leaders to drive innovation without cutting corners.
  • Identify partner stakeholders who will champion First Digital, educate them about our value proposition, and build alignment between the stablecoin business unit and our partner’s functional teams.


  • Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role with experience working in a FinTech, payments company or bank a big bonus.
  • Strong English communication skills, in both verbal and written form, and ability to influence stakeholders across a wide variety of functions, including at executive levels.
  • Ability to adapt is occasional high stakes and ambiguous situation and keep a level head.
  • Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, with the ability to work through complex relationship management activities by setting and running tight processes.
  • Ability to drive and oversee end-to-end service delivery involving multiple teams and stakeholders and manage client expectations.
  • Financial services acumen, especially an ability to understand payments and investments and use this understanding to define requirements for scaling products through partnerships.
  • Strong voice and EQ that can handle a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to engage both internal and external contacts.
