Horizons was founded in 2018 on a simple yet challenging premise: to simplify the complex world of global hiring. Our founders encountered first-hand the intricate hurdles of building a remote team in their previous job. Establishing legal entities in a country where one wants to hire was costly, took a lot of time, and was not scalable.
Our goal? A one-stop, scalable solution, taking on the legal and financial burdens, so companies don’t have to.
