About the role

The AE is responsible for the full sales cycle. From qualifying and responding to new leads, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients, to signing the client. This includes to show our product platform in a demo and quote our services to the prospect. At the end the AE helps to maximize Horizons’ commercial presence in their region through closing, but also partnerships and other business development methodologies.

What this job offers

  • Responsibility for the full sales cycle: Follow up on company-sourced (by our inbound marketing teams) and self-generated leads from multiple sources (industry target lists, social networks, partners, trade shows, outbound campaigns, etc.), develop them to deal opportunities and bring them to close the deal.
  • Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business and challenges.
  • Ensure high post-sales customer satisfaction with a proactive service strategy that enables repeat business and value realization.
  • Consistently achieve your quarterly revenue targets through retention, expansion, and growth of clients.
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively forecast and manage a pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to position Horizons Global Partners as the go-to provider of company expansion services in Europe.
  • Uncover partnership opportunities with other service providers and industry players in your target regions.

 

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management for a technology company (selling into HR departments is a plus).
  • Love solving problems - you’re rarely satisfied unless you’ve analyzed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it.
  • Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills.
  • Leave no stone unturned when it comes to strengthening your relationships.
  • The ability to be communicative and comfortable talking with prospects on the phone, via email, or face-to-face.
  • Are often described as someone who has high energy, and your colleagues love this about you!
  • Success-driven, with a positive can-do attitude and combining commitment with self-initiative.
  • Hubspot or salesforce - a bonus.
  • Experience in outbound sales and building your own pipeline - a bonus.
