Wir suchen dich ab sofort als Manager*in (m/w/d) - Funding (Förderprojekte) in unserem Controlling-Team um gemeinsam unterwegs zu sein, für das was zählt.  

Es erwartet dich ein engagiertes, zwölfköpfiges Team, was gemeinsam dafür sorgt, dass MOIAs Vision auch vor dem Hintergrund der Wirtschaftlichkeit besteht. Das Herz von MOIA bildet unser State-of-the-Art Digitalprodukt im Zusammenspiel mit dem operativen Service, mit dem wir unsere MOIAs auf die Straße bringen. Hinter beidem steht ein hochmotiviertes Team für das wir ein ebenso kompetentes und motiviertes Teammitglied mit Fokus im Fördermittelbereich suchen. 

Was du bei uns machen wirst

  • Gesamtheitliches Reporting, Analyse und Steuerung (förder-) projektrelevanter Kennzahlen  
  • Strategische Budgetplanung und Finanzmanagement von laufenden (Förder-) Projekten 
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und vorschriftsgemäßen Fördermittelmanagement 
  • Koordination & Verwaltung der Berichtserstattung der Förderprojekte und Einhaltung der strengen Zeitvorgaben der Förderprogramme inkl. Ermittlung der förderfähigen Kosten 
  • Stakeholdermanagement mit Schnittstellen zu Fördergebern, Koordination mit konzerninternen Fördermittelexpert*innen und Steuerung von externen Fördermittelberatungsdienstleistern 
  • Unterstützung in ausgewählten Controlling-Bereichen
  • Analyse und Bewertung finanzieller Effekte strategischer Themen 
  • Unterstützung des Managements bei strategischen Entscheidungen 

Was dir helfen wird, deine Rolle einzunehmen

  • Hochschulabschluss der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und operativer Abwicklung von Förderprojekten  
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, ggf. im Start-Up-Umfeld oder bei Softwareunternehmen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Datenaffinität und Prozessorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortliches, selbständiges Arbeiten und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Positive Kommunikation, offen und lösungsorientiert in der Zusammenarbeit
