The Supply Planning team provides robust planning solutions ensuring the availability of needed fleet supply to meet expected demand. The solutions are essential for MOIA’s business model of enabling Fleet Operators to constantly deliver excellent service quality, high fleet availability and optimized operational costs.  

To enable efficient Supply Planning for daily operations, the team combines predicted demand data and workforce availability with the overall status of the fleet. Together with Fleet Operators, the team constantly improves how the various puzzle pieces fit best together.  

As MOIA starts moving autonomous fleets on the streets over the next years, planning will undergo a fundamental change shifting from workforce to vehicle focused planning, making Supply Planning much more dynamic and focused on downtime optimization. What a time to join! 

What you will do

  • Gain in-depth understanding how to enable safe, high-quality and cost-efficient (autonomous) mobility services in cities while empowering the team to build impactful, state-of-the-art products to solve those challenges 
  • Create and realize a roadmap that turns our company strategy into a competitive advantage for the future of mobility 
  • Join forces with the Technical Lead of the team to share technical and business critical responsibilities, which ensures you are building a stable & high-quality product 
  • Create alignment within the team as well as with other teams in the areas of Demand & Supply Prediction, Workforce Management, and Operations to manage dependencies and timelines for cross-team functionalities 
  • Own our integrations of 3rd party enterprise providers for workforce management, time management and Shift Planning systems and ensure that the product is scalable and suitable for other Fleet Operators to come 
  • Be in close contact with our operational partners such as Driver Managers, Shift Planners and Fleet Managers in regular formats and on-site hub visits  
  • Represent the Supply Planning team within the Product Community, sharing your experience in building highly technical products with your peers to elevate each other

Plus, you are not afraid of asking a lot of questions to refine your understanding.
  • Technical Product Management: You have worked with technical teams, like backend and algorithm teams. You enjoy discussing complex technical challenges, but let the team figure out architecture and implementation. You have a track record of bringing impactful technical SaaS / API products to life.
  • Fluent communication in English is required, German is a plus
