We are a small team consisting of six people responsible for internal and external communications and communications to politicians and cities. We are currently looking for support in the area of external and internal communications. For us as a team, it is crucial that we work hand in hand and support each other where necessary.

The role and your impact at MOIA 

  • Support in the corporate communications team in day- to-day business at the Hamburg location
  • Writing texts for various communication channels (press publications, newsletter, Briefings, LinkedIn, Slack + Teams)
  • Focus on planing and implementing communication measures for our driver staff
  • Collaboration with various internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, Hub Management)
  • Planning, organizing, implementing and following up on PR projects, research activities, daily media work, distribution list maintenance as well as media monitoring, editing, and reporting
  • Support in the coordination of speaking slots at industry events and their preparation

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills. 

What will help you to fulfill your role  

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on PR / journalism / marketing / event or cultural management or a relevant humanities or social science subject
  • You have a high affinity for communication and PR, digital topics, social media and may have already gained some practical experience in communication
  • You enjoy writing texts and have an interest in the media landscape in Germany and internal communications tools
  • German language at native speaker level is a must 
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • You are curious, motivated and have a lot of initiative to actively shape your field of activity
  • Openness to travel within our locations in Hanover, Hamburg and Berlin
  • Your mindset is especially important to us: you identify with our values, are communicative and enjoy working with people

Student Community 

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
