We are seeking you, as an experienced and hands-on Cyber Security Manager, to support our mission. You will be responsible for managing security projects and programs, ensuring our secure posture, compliance, successful delivery and technical excellence.
The role requires a good understanding of security certifications such as ISO 27001 or TISAX, the applications of those to a modern cloud-based environment in an agile organization with stream aligned teams. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers and regulatory bodies, taking care of requirements and tracking the realization.
By gathering insights and planning optimization in a plan-do-check-act cycle you deliver longstanding value to MOIA.
What you will do
- You will take care of security certification relevant tasks such as documentation, process planning and coordination of those.
- Finding out shortcomings and loopholes will be part of your engagement.
- You will operate a practical compliance adaptation, coordinate the implementation of audit relevant tasks with teams, create processes and assist with technical solutions.
- Your goal will be to bring MOIA to a state ready for potential certification audits which includes organizing and maintaining the technical, organizational measures.
- You will oversee our regular penetration test and the cloud security audit.
- Align with teams on the results and plan future-proof measures and controls.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- You have experience in managing projects and taking care of successful results.
- You have multiple years of experience in the professional security field.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and regulation, experience in security project or program management.
- Good knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX).
- Familiarity with industry security standards such as OWASP Top 10
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, English is a must, German a plus.
- Certificates such as CISSP are a plus.
