We are on a mission to make mental health accessible to everyone. At OpenUp, we support companies creating an open workplace in the field of mental health. Via our OpenUp platform, employees receive direct access to health checks, self-help programs, webinars, mindfulness sessions and a large team of recognized psychologists.

That's why we are expanding our international commercial team and are looking for like minded talent.

 

Your job

 

As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, building and fostering new partner relationships. You are responsible for the sales process from A to Z: From exploring the market, planning and conducting sales conversations to negotiating the contract. You will become part of a diverse and international commercial team and will also work closely with the Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing Teams. Next to that:

  • You will expanding the OpenUp network by building new partnerships.
  • You create opportunities within existing accounts (e.g. international expansion with existing customers).
  • You are the first point of contact for customers.

 

About You

  • Approaching people comes natural to you: you are a real networker.
  • You ideally have or are able to build a large network, preferably within HR.
  • You have +4 years experience in B2B consultative sales environment.
  • Pipedrive, Hubspot or Salesforce are well-known names to you.
  • You have an academic working and thinking level and you are action-oriented.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great teamplayer skills.
  • At ease in an international environment.
  • You are a native English speaker.
