You are essential in our mission to make mental health accessible to every employee within Europe.
Based in Amsterdam, you will be leading a diverse and international business development team to ensure the best possible customer journey to help us achieve our growth objects.
As Business Development Director, your focus will be on hiring, on-boarding and coaching of Business Development Representatives, who will be tasked to create interest in OpenUp’s value proposition with our ideal customer profile, and help build pipeline to grow our revenue.
- You have 5 years experience in managing BDRs
- You have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are customer-oriented
- You are resilient, persevering and goal-oriented
- You enjoy coaching a young team, and helping them to build the required skill sets for a career in sales.
- You have business development work experience in an international setting
