Our OpenUp and iPractice ventures help people become and stay mentally and physically healthy. We continuously develop our practice and online platform for mental well-being. Users can start directly with various online programs and connect face to face with a psychologist. All programs are evidence-based, result-oriented and short and sweet. Sustainable results come from daily practice and users are supported by an accessible system and network of psychologists. We offer our services all over Europe, in various languages. We help hundreds of people every day and the number of users is growing fast.
Who we are
We are on a mission to make mental health accessible to everyone. At OpenUp, we support companies, their employees and the families of employees with mental health. We make this happen via our OpenUp platform and at our locations for in-depth treatment in the Netherlands. Via our platform employees and their families receive direct access to health checks, self-help programs, group sessions and webinars, mindfulness training and a large team of recognized psychologists. One-on-one help is provided through one of our portfolio companies ‘iPractice’ at 8 different locations in the Netherlands, spread over the country. What will you do?
We practice what we preach and thus a pleasant environment to work in is essential. We call this a healing environment, necessary for us all to deliver top notch services to our clients. As Facility Manager you are responsible for managing the facility operations of our growing number of office locations in the Netherlands (currently 10). You manage relevant suppliers from A to Z: from exploring, selection, contract negotiations and evaluation. You create a location strategy that anticipates future growth. e.g. in expanding current or finding new (international) offices. You work closely together with colleagues from Tech, support and the People team.
Next to that:
- You are constantly improving our hospitality and the healing environment we all want to work in
- You create and work from a playbook for managing the locations
- You work with a team of colleagues that operate as liaisons to the teams at all locations
- You are the first point of contact for issues at the various locations

- You have a bachelor or master degree in hospitality, facility management or like minded educational background.
- You have at least 3 years of working experience in facility management
- At ease in an international environment: you speak great English. Speaking Dutch helps.
