Your job
As ambassadors for Open Up spread our mission ‘ Making health accessible for all” into the European markets at hyperspeed and grow our market share by building many new partnerships, in this role you will do this by leading, shaping and scaling the sales team and building sales excellence across the organisation.
Because of your experience in similar roles as a Sales Director, DACH you know how to drive hyper growth, make complexity simple and understand the top priorities in building a high performance sales team. You have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, including positioning of our products & services against competitors.
You ensure accountability, focus and drive results. You know how to, but also like to, build and scale the sales department as well as the company.
As a person you are a team-player, flexible and ambitious. You feel responsible and want to make everyone, including yourself, better every day. You like to work in a fast-paced environment and have a whatever it takes mentality. Besides this, you are action-oriented and resourceful as well as analytical and tech savvy.
Of course, you are enthusiastic about mental health, which is a topic as normal as going to the gym, and you would love to connect to this higher purpose.
Required Skills
- Experience as a sales leader (min 3 years) and at least ten years of experience in a commercial role
- Experience in building and leading teams in a high paced scale-up environment
- Result focussed and you know how to drive hyper growth
- You understand the top priorities in building a high performance sales team
- Excellent stakeholder management, listening, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
