Who we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us on a project basis. Our goal is to streamline people processes (e.g. PM cycle, eNPS) and automate HR operations primarily focusing on the HiBob platform. The position involves part-time employment. We expect the candidate to have the ability to join regular calls and moderate availability throughout the day, with ideally 1-4 hours of overlap with the team's time zone.

As a part of our team you will

  • Lead the automation of HR functions using HiBob, to support people processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management, etc.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes (or review existing ones), policies, and frameworks in alignment with business needs.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of HR operations and processes across the company with the focus on performance & employee cycles.
  • Collaborate with department representatives to identify people management needs and relevant solutions.
  • Lead eNPS analysis to determine effective HR solutions.
  • Develop rewards (compensation & benefits) approach in alignment with eNPS outcomes and performance review cycle.
  • Provide expert advice on HR compliance, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.

What we expect

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the IT and/or iGaming industry, 3 years at least.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Data-minded approach to HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HiBob automation.
  • Experience in HR processes development and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing & driving the performance management cycle.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
