Junior Growth Analyst

Location: Ebury Warsaw - 4 days in the office and 1 day from home office working policy


The Role: An opportunity has arisen to join our growth team as a Junior Growth Analyst, contributing to the future of one of the top FinTech companies in the world. You will be part of an international, young, and dynamic team based in Warsaw that reports to the CEO and management teams located in London.

Key responsibilities and day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supporting the Growth Team in delivering the overall strategy and campaign plans for our teams across 20+ markets.
  • Combining data from various internal and external databases to prepare lists of leads that could be potentially good targets for the company.
  • Analyzing this data and proposing ideas to continuously drive the company’s growth
  • Continuously evaluating the impact of your work and adapting your plans accordingly

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Creativity in finding solutions
  • A good understanding of macroeconomic principles, as identifying good targets for over 20 markets will be based on data analysis
  • Previous experience or internship in finance, FX markets, or consulting is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly valued, as you will need to bulk update and insert data
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Google BigQuery/SQL knowledge would be highly valued
  • Fluency in English
