What you will be doing
- Manage the usage of packing materials and make sure the usage matching with the dispatched orders
- Create and develop the packaging guidelines for each category of the items
- Manage weekly cycle-count for the Packing materials and make sure there are no wasting materials
- Manage the Same day delivery with the inventory team and make sure 100% of the orders are shipped
- Achieve 100% of outbound KPIs
- Audit the outbound products
- Audit all the investigation cases and make sure this not exceed the SLA
- Audit the team attendance, break time, working performance and create monthly one to one appraisal
- Update the team schedule weekly to be matched with expected volume of orders
What we are looking for
- 3 years of experience in warehousing
- Background experience in QA Management is required
- Self-motivated and team player
- Able to work under stress and flexible with frequently changing work locations
- Fluent English level
