About this role:

As a Global Sales Reporting Analyst you will be a part of the Sales Operations Team that supports our growing Sales Organization. You’ll work closely with the Sales Leadership to make sure business decisions are data driven, and operating cadence runs smoothly. You will play a critical role in bringing our reporting practices to the next level. 

Your responsibilities: 

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Responsible for Global Enterprise Sales Budgeting process
  • Tracking budget vs actuals 
  • Forecasting. Together with the Data team developing forecasting methods  for both bottom up and top down forecast

Recurring Reporting Cadence: 

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and weekly sales performance reports
  • Responsible for reconciliations between Salesforce and Financial system 
  • Developing and implementing policies to assure high reporting standards

Insights and reports 

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce and Looker reports and dashboards to track sales metrics
  • Ad hoc reports to help process improvement or advise strategic decision making: for example: role success, territory modeling etc. 

SalesForce Support (~ 20%) 

  • Support with testing and verification of process changes in SalesForce 
  • Verification of data accuracy 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues for the sales team.

We believe you have:

  • 2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, or experience in reporting role within SaaS
  • Experience analyzing data (advanced Excel, Salesforce etc.) and using reporting tools (knowledge of Looker is a plus) to communicate business insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to create easy-to-understand, pedagogical reports 
  • Great communication skills, ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales, processes, and methodologies is a plus
  • Being independent and driven

  • Confident in your ability to drive processes forward independently by identifying and working with the right stakeholders

Not required:

  • SQL or Python skills. You will be supported by Data Analyst from Mentimetr’s Data team 
  • You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 30 different nationalities!)
