Unleash Your ABM Expertise: Craft Personalized Journeys for Mentimeter's Strategic Accounts

Do you possess a proven track record of success in crafting hyper-personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns?

We are looking for a passionate Account-Based Marketing champion to spearhead personalized marketing initiatives and events for our most critical accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to not only orchestrate high-impact campaigns but also evangelize the power of ABM across Mentimeter.

This is a 12-month employment contract due to parental leave, with a potential for extension for the right candidate.

What you’ll do
In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your deep ABM expertise to

  • Craft Intimate Account Strategies: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify and prioritize target accounts. Develop laser-focused marketing plans that address each account's unique needs and challenges.
  • Become a 1:1 & 1:few ABM Maestro: Design and execute data-driven campaigns tailored for individual accounts and select account groups. Measure performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Orchestrate Memorable Events: Design and lead customer events that foster meaningful connections with stakeholders. Deliver exceptional experiences that showcase the value of Mentimeter solutions.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. Drive superior team collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Become a Data-Driven Decision Maker: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for 1:1 & 1: few ABM initiatives and translate data insights into actionable strategies. Track progress towards pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Own the Customer Content Narrative: Develop a strategic content plan for our key accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives. Increase the volume of impactful customer stories, testimonials, and logos.
  • Evolve Mentimeter's ABM Approach: Share your ABM knowledge and best practices. Become an internal advocate for ABM, educating and inspiring the team to embrace its transformative potential.

Quantify your impact
What your core contributions will be during these 12 months

  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Increased qualified leads, conversion rates, and pipeline progression (including NRR) within strategic accounts.
  • ABM Campaign Effectiveness: Contribution to a significant growth in strategic account SQLs and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Improved team communication, successful implementation of integrated campaigns, and elevated team satisfaction scores.
  • Event Engagement: Increased event attendance, attendee satisfaction, brand visibility, and event-generated leads.
  • Customer Content Strategy: Deliver a robust strategy to acquire compelling customer content from strategic accounts.
  • ABM Evangelism: Measurable progress in fostering a company-wide understanding and adoption of ABM best practices.

Who are you?

You are most likely an experienced Account-Based Marketing professional with a passion for building deep customer relationships and driving growth through strategic marketing. You have a proven track record of success with 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing strategies, and identify yourself strongly with being a proactive self-starter with high autonomy and having the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Data-driven ways of working is your bread and butter, used to working with latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing with at least 3 years of experience focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, Customer.io and ABM technologies is highly preferred
  • Experience driving marketing programs globally and working with different international markets and localization
  • Experience preferably from a fast-paced SaaS organization
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills (Swedish it not required as daily work is carried out in English)
