Project Description
Regional team of specialized people fully dedicated to deployment, onboarding, and adoption of the Digital Capabilities with the empowerment to make decisions within the End to end process

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in experience in Change Management activities
  • Experience in training material preparation tools
  • Previous Business Analyst experience and process documentation
  • Experience in training users
  • Experience in training material preparation tools (Microsoft tools, SABA, Articulate, NovoEd, and Degrees)

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of testing with business
  • Prepare, manage and reinforce communications to business:
  • Preparation of training materials (documents and videos)
  • Coordinate and execute training to end-users
