Your impact
Currently we’re looking for a proactive and structured Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is central to bridging the gap between our (banking) clients and technical teams, ensuring the smooth deployment of tailored back-end solutions. If you excel at managing complex implementations, enjoy collaborating across diverse teams, and are a persuasive communicator with a knack for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage End-to-End Implementations: Own the full lifecycle of implementation projects, from initial planning to successful delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and communicated to the technical team.
- Collaboration with Tech Teams: Work closely with developers and back-end teams to ensure seamless system integration (particularly through APIs)
- Draft and Standardize Milestone Plans: Create structured and consistent implementation plans that meet client requirements while adhering to internal standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align project progress and address potential challenges.
- Data Management and Overviews: Use spreadsheets and other tools to create detailed project overviews, track progress, and ensure transparency.
- Recurring Client Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings (mostly via Zoom and phone) to discuss progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Troubleshooting: Identify potential bottlenecks early and work collaboratively to resolve issues, ensuring project timelines are maintained.
How you’ll succeed
- Experience: 1-2 years (or more) in similar roles (such as Implementation Manager, Technical Support, Product Owner, Business Analyst or QA).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and effectively convey client needs to internal teams.
- Structured and Organized: A methodical approach to managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with precision.
- Persuasive and Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and align diverse teams towards a common goal.
- Technical Affinity: Understanding of back-end technologies, particularly API-based integrations, and a willingness to learn more.
- Languages: Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong plus.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with spreadsheets and project management tools is desired.
