We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who has a broad product background, a keen customer focus and strong business acumen. You will be the product lead of an agile development team, collaborating closely with the tech lead and designer to build the right solutions. You will have full ownership of your area of responsibility, balancing customer needs, business value and company product strategy to successfully evolve our product on our scale-up journey.
This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, reporting directly to the CPO and we would prefer someone who is based in Berlin.
YOUR WUNDER MISSION
- You will own and shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area in alignment with company and product strategy.
- You will have an impact on the overall Product strategy by contributing alongside the Product leadership team.
- You will take the lead on development and optimization plans in order to drive growth and engagement for Wunderflats.
- You will collaborate closely with various company Stakeholders beyond your agile team during the product discovery, solution and execution phase.
- You will develop efficient and innovative product solutions to business challenges based on customer-centric quantitative and qualitative insights.
- You will be the product lead of your own agile development team including optimizing the existing agile processes, proactively setting milestones and product increments from your roadmap.
- You stay up to date on current trends, techniques and innovations and are excited to help us continuously improve our processes, approaches and methods.
YOUR WUNDER PROFILE
- You are an experienced Senior Product Manager, mainly focused on the discovery and delivery of digital products (5+ years in Product Management and 3+ years in leading Product teams).
- You have been running and guiding teams in start-ups or scale-ups, to consistently deliver high impact work and you base your leadership on communication, empathy, trust, and collaboration.
- You are an expert in navigating prioritization, balancing customer impact, business value, company strategy and speed to market and make hard trade-offs when needed.
- You ideally have a track record working in the payments area - knowledge here is a big plus for us!
- You are a strategic thinker and plan ahead as you understand how product innovations further Wunderflats’ overall growth in the long run.
- You are a skilled user of data and analytics to drive decisions, influence solutions and analyze results.
- You are an expert in utilizing various product management techniques, agile software development methods and stakeholder management.
- You are business fluent in English.
