YOUR MISSION
- Your primary mission will be to engage with landlords across France, utilizing the leads we provide.
- You will be responsible for expanding our landlord network by advising landlords on how to list their properties on our platform.
- Building strong customer relationships is key, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first call to onboarding.
- You will also develop a deep understanding of the real estate market across France, continuously enhancing your skillset.
- Achieving sales targets will be a core part of your role, closing deals and setting new records with your team each month.
- Additionally, you will contribute to our dynamic sales team by innovating new acquisition strategies and collaborating effectively.
YOUR PROFILE
- You already have some experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar role.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and find that teamwork enhances your daily work experience.
- You are comfortable working with realistic goals and KPIs, and you have the ability to structure your day-to-day activities to achieve them independently.
- You possess a keen eye for the bigger picture, proactively identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes while always keeping customer satisfaction in focus.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential for this role.
