Your Opportunity
As a MOM Consultant at CLEVR, you will play a key role in helping our clients integrate critical components relating to PLM, MOM/MES and SCM, streamlining their manufacturing processes, optimising their product development, enhancing their supply chain operations, and overall improving efficiency.
What makes this role unique
You get to work with some of the best in business. You will lead and manage PLM, MOM/MES, and SCM integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Besides collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully, you will collaborate with clients to assess their current manufacturing operations, product development processes, and supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement. You will keep clients up to date by preparing detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation, providing them with regular updates on project progress and milestones.
Your role will include
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor, you will develop customised PLM, MOM/MES, and SCM strategies and solutions based on their requirements and objectives. Using your excellent communication skills, you will provide training and guidance on the use and maintenance of specific MOM subprocesses, such as Production Scheduling and Planning, Quality Management and Control, Work Order and Inventory Management, and Traceability and Genealogy.
Using your problem-solving skills, you will analyse complex manufacturing, product development, and supply chain challenges, with a specific focus on MOM subprocesses, and develop innovative solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to these systems. You will achieve all this while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in these technologies.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant with expertise in PLM, MOM/MES, and SCM solutions in discrete and process industries, including subprocesses mentioned previously.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and supply chain best practices.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with manufacturing information and execution systems, capturing and consumption of process data – both with standard products and the creation of web applications.
- Knowledge of S88, S95, process historians, batch automation and analysis, process automation, alarm management, validation, OEE and KPI analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
