Your opportunity
As a Senior MES Project Manager at CLEVR, your role will involve managing projects for various clients. In addition to people planning across multidisciplinary teams for our clients and partners, you will navigate a portfolio of projects, including budget, time, and quality of each. Your ability to think critically and find creative solutions will be key in ensuring smooth operations. Your organizational skills and ability to manage timelines will be crucial for project success. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels, internally and externally.

You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects, gaining valuable experience in the rapidly growing MES industry. As a Project Manager who has earned your stripes in previous projects, you will share lessons learned with our other Project Managers.
Your role will include
Creating a safe place to work for all consultants involved in your projects, identifying and escalating risk in a timely manner, solving problems, and taking appropriate action when issues arise within the team or among clients and/or suppliers. You will be the go-to problem solver, identifying and tackling challenges faced by the team, customers, and suppliers. With a keen eye for commercial opportunities, you will identify potential business ventures and actively contribute to crafting compelling implementation proposals.
What you bring to the table
· You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
· You have 5+ years of Project Management experience.
· You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with MES project management.
· You have a solid knowledge of Engineering project management.
· You possess strong project management skills.
· You have excellent communication skills, including effective customer communication.
· You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
