What makes this role unique:

Join us at CLEVR in Amersfoort as a Solution Consultant. You'll be part of a new and ambitious team, working closely with the sales team, consultants, and customers to gather and document requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide ongoing support to meet customer expectations. This role offers plenty of room for creativity and ownership. You'll be at the heart of the organization, collaborating with various teams. Your expertise will help elevate our customers by playing a pivotal role in the ideation phase of software development. Ready to take on the challenge? 

Your role will include: 

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather detailed business and technical requirements. 
• Workshops: Lead workshops effectively, engaging participants to gather input that forms the basis of your analysis. 
• Solution Design: Develop technical or process solutions that align with customer needs and think about the customer's roadmap. 
• Advice: Proactively offer insights during customer interactions to ensure added value based on our expertise. 
• Customer engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during the analysis phase, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer needs. 

What you bring to the table  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related analytical field. 
• Proven experience in solution analysis, business analysis, or a related role. 
• Able to give a workshop and take the lead in a room of people.
• Strong understanding of software development, low-code platforms, and application design. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer requirements and design appropriate solutions. 
• Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing); proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, German, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.
